Please before requesting support, have a look at the lists below to determine whether or not your request is entitled for free support. It usually takes 1-2 days to answer your question, so please be patient.

  • Incompatibility (though I will attempt to fix your issue, I cannot guarantee that it will be fixed)

Free support is NOT provided for:

  • Customization
  • New Feature
  • Problems due to self customization

Make sure to provide as much information as necessary (e.g. Site URL, ftp info, etc) when creating a ticket because this will speed up the process.
