    Automatically closes resolved tickets after a configurable number of days of inactivity. Includes secure cron job with token-based authentication, comprehensive configuration UI, and logging system.

  • Plan-Based Feature Access Control

    Helpdesk can now be assigned as a feature to specific user plans. When enabled, only users with the helpdesk feature in their plan can access the helpdesk system.

  • Cron Configuration UI

    Added comprehensive cron setup section in Advanced Settings with secure cron link, example commands, crontab schedule, and real-time log viewer.

  • Email Notification Routing

    Fixed email routing to send notifications to correct recipients

  • Admin Uploading Attachments

    Attachments were not working for admins on some instances
