We have upgraded the whole framework and our new framework requires that the database tables have their column as null. While our product set this correctly in the recent version, if you have purchased the product more than 2 years ago, you might need to update the database manually. Here is how to:
- Go to your phpmyadmin
- Go to the database where the url shortener is installed
- Go to the url table then go to Structure and make sure the column Null says Yes
- For columns that do not say Yes under Null, click on Change and check the box Null and Save
- You might also want to check other tables just to be sure
